Our Perennial Flame Sculpture comes in two sizes. Both  are made in your choice of  color and a beautiful iridescent glass swirled around with the cremains  of your loved one. Additional fee applies for etching of up to 20  characters.

If LED stand ordered, etching will go on a nameplate for the stand. If no LED stand is ordered, etching will go directly on glass underneath the piece. 

The large is 5” x 7”  min and the small is 4 x 5.5” min.

Glass piece keepsakes typically take 5-7 weeks to complete after the artist receives the ashes. Once your piece is ready, how would you like to receive it?

Return to the Veterinary Clinic

• The jewelry or glass piece will be returned to the clinic you are working with.
• Please note that your pet's cremated remains will be ready before the jewelry or glass piece is completed. Your pet's cremains will be returned to the clinic when they are ready, and the jewelry and/or glass piece will be delivered separately once it has been completed by the artist.
